You can change your email preferences by following the steps below;
1) Go to the Manage Settings page. The link to this page can be found via the drop-down menu where your display name appears at the top of every page.
2) Select the 'Manage Settings' link.
3) Select the 'Email settings' tab at the top of this page.
4) Select the emails that you would like to receive.
6) Click 'Update'
7) You have now successfully updated your preferences.
IMPORTANT: It can take up to 48 hours for updated preferences to be implemented.
