To send private messages to other members on Healthbit, you first need to add them as a Friend or wait for them to add you as a Friend.
To add someone as your Friend, you will need to go to their Profile page and click the 'Add Friend' button. This will trigger an email notification to them.
All Friend requests need to be accepted by the other party before they appear as a Friend on your 'Friends' page, which can be accessed from 'My Profile'.
You can then choose to send a private message to your Friend which will appear in their Inbox on the site and they will also receive an email notification to their personal email address that they used to register on this site.
