The Help Centre is a publicly accessible area for users to browse help information for the main website or app and to view all their support tickets.
Currently, the Help Centre sits outside of the main Site where you manage your health. This means that, currently, different login details are required for the Help Centre.
In order to use the Help Centre to review correspondence with Healthbit or to post on the forum in the Help Centre, you will need to create an account for this section.
To make sign-up to the Health Centre easy, you can use your existing social login that you use on third-party trusted websites. Existing social logins that you can use, include; Facebook, Google and Twitter.
IMPORTANT: The forums in the Help Centre do not use your 'Display Name', so be careful what you post as your details will appear next to any posts you have created in this section.
