Activity is automatically categorised using one of the following 7 categories; Steps, Strength training, Sports, Cardio, Aerobics, Flexibility, Activities. Our categories may differ from categories used by third-party apps or devices you may be using.
Average values are calculated based on the number of days that activity was recorded during the specified period. For example, when viewing data from 'Last week', if you recorded activity on 2 days only, the average will be calculated based on 2 days and not 7 days (week).
If you are using the trackers that we make available to you to record your strength training, the total duration is based on the estimated time to complete the exercise. This is calculated by using the sets, reps and tempo information that is recorded. Rest periods are not taken into consideration.
