Suggested calories are pre-set by us based on the weight goal questions you've answered. You can change these goals by selecting 'Goals'. Any goals set by you will appear alongside your progress.
The 'Include activity' switch allows you to change your calorie balance so that it shows you the calories that you can eat that day whilst taking into account any calories you have burned through activity that you are also tracking on Healthbit. If you are tracking activity, your Balance will be higher if you have activated the 'Include activity' option.
Average values are calculated based on the number of days that calories were recorded during the specified period. For example, when viewing data from 'Last week', if you recorded calories on 2 days only, the average will be calculated based on 2 days and not 7 days (week).
Average Burned Calories are calculated based on the number of days being displayed in your summary. For example, when viewing data from 'Last week', the average will be calculated based on total calories burned divided by 7 (days).
