My Health is a section designed to bring together information from lots of different places so that it's easier for you to get a 360-degree perspective on your health tracking and progress.
The page can be personalised to suit your needs and is made up of 'health panels' that you can organise on the page. We are always adding new health panels that you may find useful. Some examples of health panels include Nutrition, Sleep, Activity, Calories, Period, Symptoms. It also allows you to set goals for things you may be tracking, such as blood pressure, exercise or sodium intake, for example.
