How do I add a sub account (child, parent, patient, etc) in order to manage their details?

You can add multiple people that you want to manage on this site.

1) Go to the Manage Profiles page. The link to this page can be found via the drop-down menu at the top of every page, next to your display name.

2) Select the 'Add Sub Account' link. You will now be on the Manage Accounts page

3) Select 'Create new account'

4) Complete the details for the person that you want to manage and select 'Create account' to save the details.

5) You have now successfully added another account which will appear below your account.

6) In order to start entering information on behalf of your new account, you will need to select the new account from the profile drop-down menu at the top of the page. 

IMPORTANT: Remember to switch back to your own account if you want to add details for yourself.
