How do I set goals for myself?

There are 2 types of goals that can be added to help you stay on track.


Tracker goals


Tracker goals are goals that can be set for a given tracker that you may be using.


1) Go to the Trackers page and select a tracker that you want to add a goal for;


2)  Go to the 'add new entry' page for that tracker;


3) Select the 'Goals' link (top right of tracker screen). NOTE: If this is not available, then it is unlikely that you can set a goal for this particular tracker;


4) From the 'Add new goal' drop-down, select the variable that you wish to set a goal for;


5) Complete the available options to specify your goal criteria;


6) Select 'Save goal'. Your goal is now set.


Health panel goals


You can set goals for many of the health panels in the 'My Health' section of this site. Some health panels allow you to set more general goals where they are aggregating data from several sources, e.g. Activity health panel allows you to specify a goal for 'Total Activity Duration' or 'Total calories burned' from all activities. 


1) Select 'goals' button if available for the relevant Health Panel.


3) From the 'Add new goal' drop-down, select the variable that you wish to set a goal for.


4) Complete the available options to specify your goal criteria 


5) Select 'Save goal'. Your goal is now set.
